I'm going to have to start searching for some recipes (I'm also glad to know that I'm also not the only one to eat leftovers often!).Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18445426215745229903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1697772161477510868.post-15703934382709593972012-04-13T08:39:34.614-04:002012-04-13T08:39:34.614-04:00I occasionally think about going vegan...but I jus...I occasionally think about going vegan...but I just love cheese. And real buttery baked goods. And eggs. And the ease of non-vegan baking. So basically I could never be vegan. But I do try to make at least one vegan meal a week (which equals me eating about one vegan meal a day).

I love the sound of this stuffed shells filling! So much healthier than ricotta. :)Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17133232352924060797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1697772161477510868.post-71854727245782771132012-04-11T20:32:24.290-04:002012-04-11T20:32:24.290-04:00Ooh! Butter would be far too hard for me to live without too.Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18445426215745229903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1697772161477510868.post-6108434785658674492012-04-11T19:11:50.020-04:002012-04-11T19:11:50.020-04:00These sound really good! Vegan would just be waaaay too hard for me. I can't imagine life without butter!Tugs Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16358805885062849196noreply@blogger.com
